Travel information and quotations
Prices, schedules, processing times, hotel availability, flight availability and government requirements may change without notice. A quotation is confirmed only after DK Travel & Tours accepts the booking and any required payment is received.
Visa and immigration decisions
Embassies, consulates, immigration authorities and airlines make their own independent decisions. DK Travel & Tours provides travel and documentation assistance but cannot guarantee visa issuance, entry, airport clearance or immigration approval.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, check all names and dates, follow destination laws and carry required travel documents. The client is responsible for consequences caused by false information, missing documents, late responses or failure to follow official instructions.
Payments and bookings
Payment schedules and non-refundable amounts depend on the selected service or tour. Government, embassy, airline, hotel, insurance, invitation and third-party charges may become non-refundable once submitted, issued or booked.
Changes outside our control
Flights, tours and services may be affected by weather, natural disasters, political events, border restrictions, public-health measures, airline changes or government decisions. Reasonable alternatives may be offered, and any additional third-party cost remains subject to the applicable booking terms.
