Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the service, tour package, supplier rules and the stage at which work has started. Clients should obtain the applicable written quotation or agreement before paying.
Client cancellations
A cancellation request must be made through an official DK Travel & Tours contact. Charges already paid or committed to embassies, governments, airlines, hotels, insurers, invitation providers or other suppliers may not be refundable.
Work already completed
Service, consultation, appointment, documentation and file-preparation charges may become non-refundable after work begins. Where a partial refund is available, completed work and non-refundable supplier costs will be deducted.
Visa refusal or delay
A visa refusal, delay or shorter validity does not automatically create a right to a full refund. Refunds, if any, follow the written terms of the selected package. Embassy and government decisions remain outside the control of DK Travel & Tours.
Group tours and travel bookings
Airline, hotel and tour cancellation rules apply. Name changes, date changes, missed departures and late cancellations may involve penalties. If a tour is changed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, available alternatives or recoverable amounts will be assessed according to supplier rules.
Immigration and airport clearance
Travelers are responsible for immigration and airport clearance. Offloading, denial of entry, deportation or failure to travel due to personal documentation or authority decisions does not qualify for a refund from DK Travel & Tours.
Refund processing
Any approved refund is processed after recoverable amounts are received from the relevant supplier. Bank or transfer charges may be deducted where applicable.
